Billing is done automatically each month on the same date you signed up for your flower subscription, unless you cancel or pause it. We will use the same payment method you used to sign up for your flower subscription.

You will receive your flowers on Wednesdays of each month. If it falls on a holiday or you have opted for a personalized delivery, you will receive them during the first week. Currently, we only offer monthly deliveries.

If you do not wish to have any deliveries made for a period of time, you can pause or reschedule deliveries to a time when you wish. During this period, you will not be charged.

Yes, just 2 months from the moment you sign up for the service. From the third month onwards you can pause your subscription and come back whenever you want.

As soon as you receive the confirmation email, you can come and pick up the flowers during studio hours.

Some steps and tips for your floral routine.
- Remove the wrapping paper.
- Fill the vase with water and add the contents of the envelope you received.
- Clean the stems and cut them diagonally to leave more surface area in contact with the water.
- Change the water and trim the stems a little every day.
- Avoid leaving flowers in a place exposed to the sun, wind, high humidity or heat.
- Some flowers can be dried (each month we add a note with the names of the flowers that can be dried).
